On-site Credit System Mechanics, Terms & Conditions

Our on-site credit program allows purchasers to enjoy our on-site customisation services at affordable rates.

Allocation: Purchasers may purchase a minimum number of on-site hours to redeem as and when they require the on-site services.

Redemption: Hours can be redeemed for various services offered by the program. Each service or product will have a corresponding monetary value.

Payment: Payment for total number of hours is to be made in full prior to any redemption, unless discussed and agreed upon by Elliholi Design and the brand or purchaser.

Expiration: Credits have an expiration date to encourage timely use of benefits. Unused credits may expire at the end 12 non-festive months or a specified period in the corresponding invoice or receipt.

Transferability: Hours are not transferable to any other brand or purchaser, unless discussed and agreed upon by Elliholi Design and the brand or purchaser.

Usage Tracking: Purchasers can track their on-site hours balance and history through receipts provided by Elliholi Design, or by requesting us for a detailed summary of the past engagements provided within the purchased on-site hours.

Changes to Program: Elliholi Design reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, including but not limited to changes in redemption options, rates, and eligibility criteria without further notice. However, any changes will only affect new purchasers and not existing purchasers with balance on-site hours.

Limitation of Liability: Elliholi Design is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred by purchasers as a result of participation in the program, including but not limited to changes in on-site hour values, expiration of credits, or unavailability of services.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the credit-based membership program, purchasers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any updates or changes made by Elliholi Design.
